Hey josh always love your videos. Questions for you if you get a minute to answer I’d appreciate it. I copied your trellis to make you jealous for cucumbers. Been doing Corinto from johnnys the last 2 years. It’ seams like when I prune all the runners they die from disease easily. Any advice? I get a great 3-4 weeks out of them and always first to market with them but then they die back. I use wobblers to water maybe that’s introducing a problem idk. Thanks in advance.

If I was working full time on the farm then yes, I could manage the three tunnels. I will be able to handle the three tunnels part time in the fall thru spring, but it in the summer it would be tough.

Hey Josh! Love your videos, I learn a lot from it. My fiancé and I have our garden for a few years now about 1700 square feet and grow tons of peppers. Last two years we got hit with pepper maggots. Have you had this problem, and how would you recommend dealing with this issue. We try to stay chemical free. Thank you!

Yes they are profitable. I am not selling them currently but used to get $2/bunch or $8/#.

When I start my lettuce indoors it gets really leggy. I think I have a good set up ( grow lights, good seed starting mix). Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

Leggy starts are caused by not having enough light.

Josh, I too have been growing Mukom carrots, what Jang roller have you had luck with? The X I haven’t had good luck with, too heavy seed drop. Do you like the XY or the XYY? Anybody else out there?

My simple lettuce blend is open pollination types of: Early Prizehead, black seed simpson, and a little grand rapids. Cheap, but good. Muir is my choice along with crisp head, (my wife likes head lettuce).

Great video love your content. I despise myself a little for asking what I'm about to ask but here goes: about what price are you getting from restaurants for carrots? I ask because we are in very similar contexts. I am in central NC outside of Greensboro and I have dialed in fall/winter carrots, am getting a barrel root washer delivered in a few weeks, and have planted more carrots than ever (20 beds 30in x 100ft) which is half my production area. I've been getting $4 a bunch or $4 a lb at market. I'm thinking of keeping that price even for wholesale since they are such a hot item and doing 4.50 or 5 for colorful mix carrots. That's my plan but I was thinking if other folks were getting something like $8 a lb or more then I should rethink my strategy before dipping my toe in the wholesale market. Sorry for the novel

Hi Josh...can Eggplant work in the Deep Compost/No Till beds? Am converting a good part of our beds into the Deep Compost system...also, typically grow lots of Brassicas, Cauliflower/Broccoli/Cabbages, and yes, I make profit on them. Anyone doing these in the Deep Compost beds? Certified Organic, so rotations are important and required...and will need more area in the new system. LOVE IT, btw

Your pollination looks surprisingly well. I'd thought your seasonal crops that rely on pollination would maybe struggle a little. Since this is a new factor that wasn't present with your greens, roots, onios... Good job.
