I’m actually from Maryland but I’m a new MD Realtor looking for ways to describe the area to new out-of-state clients… I’m just not good at describing the area since it’s all I know haha - nothing to compare it to… this was tremendously helpful! If you want a high cost of living, try living in Massachusetts 😂😂😂 Every time I come to Maryland I can’t believe how cheap everything is. It’s ALL relative!

Love the video. I heard you used to live in Southern California. Can you do comparing video between Maryland vs California. I used to live in Maryland since 1997 until 10 years ago I moved to Los Angeles because of my job. Since now a day, I can do remote work(WFH), I am looking to move back. Mainly for financial reason. CA is expensive. I want to know if it's worth it moving back to Maryland. Thanks

I live in Maryland now, and I'm only 20 and it's very expensive but my parents helped me build a 9,000 Square foot home and buy 4 cars and I moved out from NYC
