@Peenurpool3 жыл бұрын
This is an incredible display of raw power by anyone’s measurements.... In the very early 1990s a friend of mines brother won Mr Worcester, MA... He set what would have to be at minimum the state bench record for 740lbs.... He was more of a strongman and only did body building for one year, then year after that is when he just lifted to be as strong as he could get, and packed on a ton of weight... He was an animal at the gym... I don’t feel small and weak around too many people, but he was just on a different level than most men.... I thought I was strong being able to bench 515lbs for 4 reps.... I still can’t wrap my head around people who are so much stronger than even the above average man like that.... the work, discipline and dedication I watched him put into lifting really taught me a lot that helped me in many different areas in life.... congratulations to this man, and much respect to him for pushing himself this far 👍👍

Sarychev handles the weights easily - but would having to keep his feet flat on the floor mess him up? He doesn't do the leg drive movement you can see in Julius Maddox's lifts.
@mmecm3 жыл бұрын
Still not stronger than Maddox. Maddox even stated that you drive your heels into the floor for more power from the back and stability.. he works his back every workout. Maddox doesn’t have the back arch which decreases the range of motion from top to bottom, making him strong as hell and the world record holder. Will be the first man to reach 800 before this year is up.
@jizzyjake67833 жыл бұрын
@@mmecm Maddox arches his back the best he can. He's just so massive and lacks some flexibility that it's not as pronounced as the other guys. 11:13-11:15 he's setting his arch up. For Maddox driving his heels in helps his arch but if you're already in a good position driving with your legs is going to do very little your legs are just there to hold everything tight throughout the lift.
@mmecm3 жыл бұрын
