IMO any of the top mustangs are fantastic. My best horse by far is the buckskin mustang. I own a turkoman, the black arabian, a Missouri foxtrottor, a breton, and have tried most others... My buckskin is the best I've ever owned.

I don't know why youtubers like to skip over the mustang. Even by just stats alone the top mustangs should be the overall number 1 horse breed in the game. A fully bonded top mustang has max health, max stamina, almost max speed, almost max acceleration. and unlike its taller counterparts, the mustang actually looks fast when its running.

Rockstar needs to expand the stable size from 10 to 15 or 20. I literally have discarded a couple of level 4 horses that I bought just to try the new Fox Trotter color skin just released.

There is not a real "best horse" in rdo since the speed stats mean nothing. 1 bar in speed is rouglhy less than 1% speed boost. Like horse temperament is pretty much all rng. You should choose a horse based on it's appearance and/or health and stamina ^^

EXACTLY! Unfortunately, CuckoldStar has totally screwed with the horses in some form or another. Warhorses used to be brave as hell. Now they run from one varmint rifle shot. Either someone tried to hack the horses and screwed everything up, or CuckoldStar did it themselves...Every breed of horse used to have its own personality. Remember when the game first came out? In the book description, the Turkoman was said to have been an intelligent animal that gets bored easily. And it will just wander off if you don’t pay attention to it. Now every horse is just a random piece of shit. And like you said, just choose a horse based on health, stamina, and if you like the way it looks. Because everything else has been NERFED out the ass

@@LetsGetitBoah Bunch fo tests have been made, saint denis to armadillo, The black arabian beats the shire by 10 sec, wich is negligeable for such a long travel. As I said, speed is increased, but but by less 1%. What matters the most is the saddle, not horse.

I use the white gypsy cob lmao, it’s the rank 1 colour and stats. I also own the buckskin brindle fox trotter. Update: Currently use the black turkoman, black tovero missouri fox trotter and splashed bay gypsy cob. All really good horses but the turkoman is my fave :)

The online only mustangs are the best imo. The coats are pretty, full health and stamina and high speed with best saddle and they’re pretty brave. Every mustang I’ve had will trample wolves and stomp through gators and they won’t shy away from bullets.

My favourite horse is the MFT, no doubt about it. In story mode, the very first thing I do when the stables open is pick up my Silver Dapple Pinto from good ol’ Albert. In online I use the Black Tovero, his name is Prince and man is he a classy beast.

The Cree-oh-yo is crap imo. I've purchased and discarded both level 20 coats as I found it cowardly during gunfire, easily killed by NPCs, and in the case of the marble sabino coat just downright hideous to look at (Chewed up, swallowed and regurgitated beef jerky!) The Criollo has the same stats as the MFT but is smaller, has only 2 coat options at level 20, and I found the temperament much less reliable. The only advantage I found was that it being smaller than the MFT it had a tighter turning radius, but if I need agility I prefer the white or black Arabian. I'm not very fond of the roadster either but since it is unique as the fastest horse in the game and it is hard to acquire it maintains a spot in my stable. My Kladruber was a cowardly giant and clumsy, the only horse that would smack into trees and as much as I wanted to like him he was discarded. Give me a high health, high stamina horse such as the new mustang, turkoman, gypsy cob, breton or even an MFT over the criollo, kladruber or roadster anyday!
