Yes I had a very busy year in 2021 and was swamped with business thankfully and I had hardly anytime to make videos. I think things are calming down a bit now :). 2022 Housing market might be a bit stagnant with prices a bit lower but not significantly. Its anybody's guess what happens. Mortgage rates are expected to keep rising so that will put a bit of a cool down on the market.

I could not disagree with more. Willoughby in langley is a mass density area and very very terribly designed. It is full of condo's and townhouses built so close to each other. The streets are so narrow because the developers and planners have no sense. Street parking is a myth, and you can barely turn a smart car around near your " apron " driveway. The boxes that they call homes there are disgusting. Lack eco green areas and the cutting down of forests to build concrete. Stop lying!!!
