had zero refrigerant pressure. Tried to fill and never got any pressure and never heard the compressor clutch engage. Took it to a mechanic and was told the compressor needs to be replaced. What parts will I need to replace, just the compressor/clutch assembly? Love your videos.

A year later, my a/c is working ok but still after 30 miles or so, heat replaces the cool air. I also like the monitor device that he used to check systems. I need one of those.

I'm trying to find a video about the blend door actuator on a 2012 Ford focus SEL... I have no heat and I believe it's the blend door not moving because it's got a new thermostat fresh antifreeze full with the leaks... Heat was working perfect this morning

is 559 kpa of pressure enough to kick in the compresor? if i turn a/c on it jumps between 559-571kpa, but the clutch won't engage.

Hey. When I put freon into my low port. It blows right back into my hand. 01 ford focus. And yes it's clipped onto the low side so it should stay in.

Cars in this body style also have louvers in front of the radiator & condenser. Mine was broken and not working properly because of a collision with a raccoon. But my ac is still very wimpy, not very cold at all. Do you know if the 2013 focus has the evap temp sensor inside the dash? I can't find any videos or websites (including haynes manual) that show it's location. I know the 2013 focus wiring under the glove box is completely different than the 2012 focus, because the 2012's have lots of videos snowing a hack with a resistor, but my wiring is completely different.

same thing happened to me, chipmunk chewed fan blades and had to replace, immediately after my ac stopped working. shop tried to charge me 1.6k to fix

Simple solution if you have it sell it. If you dont have it yet dont buy a ford focus. Its a curse to repair

@@dp7hunna I purchased ford focus 2015 Ecoboost in December 2021. I've changed engine completely in July 2022, after that I've replaced pressure regulator 2 times (need to replace one more time), I've replaced brake vacuum pump, the compressor is now gone, there is still too much work in it, it's overheating and I've tried my best to solve the issue but no machanic ever diagnose what's the issue is, even ford service center by themselves failed to effectively know the issue and solve it

Sounds like TCM there’s a recall on them if you can’t get them to swap it out it is around $900 if you pay out of pocket

My Ford Fiesta ecoboost has it’s AC pressure switch wire connectors removed by previous owner. Can’t find the connector anywhere or the right colours. It’s a 3 pin connector. Any advice?
