We already had a 2012 Ford Figo tdci 1.4, so after a month of Ford closing its sales operations in India, we bought a Freestyle Petrol 1.2 Titanium at 7.07 lacs on-road on oct 10, 2021. Love it! Edit: In my opinion, Ford Freestyle was the best overall product Ford India ever offered in India. The best hands down and people still ignored it, which is the fault of Ford India's marketing team cause they had this duty of truly showing the Indian Market the capabilities of this car as well as how value for money their product was. People too were at fault here for running towards gimmicky features rather than sturdy build quality and performance.

Driven 50k diesel t+ variant and I bet you would fall in live with this car and its capabilities again and again. The diesel is a hoot to drive and push the gas pedal and you disappear.

There is no question of quality of the Ford cars including FS. However, the removal of Android Auto/ Apple Car play even from the top variant is a deterrent. The alarmingly decreasing sales and constant possibility of Ford exiting sales in india (I agree India is an important manufacturing hub for Ford) also doesnt help much...I have booked a FS, and now having second thoughts..

You can but airbags vl not open. Otherwise you can opt for titanium variant vth 2 airbags

I own this car petrol titanium. This is really an unimaginable car at the prices offered and such a strong build quality. No more words to explain. Spare parts were not available on time and maintenance costs were high. Even today people says Ford is good car but maintenance is costly but in reality at present Ford is the cheapest car in maintenance also which people doesn’t today till today !!!!

Ford has to come up with it’s present reality and and the people understand it’s capabilities/ advantages and I’m sure people will slowly forget Maruthi and opt for Ford cars. For your info in my dictionary there is no place for Maruthi car. Maruthi car never match Ford car at any cost in it’s life time !

Ecosport is better if you don’t have any financial issues otherwise you can go for Freestyle and you choose yourself variants that you like. Freestyle has almost similar features of ecosport .

@@anshulsharma7656 I am not a fan boy of any specific brand, I love good safe cars, for me good build quality and saftey features are more important, for me the sync 3, projector headlemps are not so important, and I know about altroz, ford has ford lovers, tata has tata lovers, but in the end all lovers love them bcoz of good build quality, safety features, good driving etc etc, but hyundai and maruti giving good refinement engine which gives less sound and more mileage bcoz of, if engine sound is so much irritating you then don't buy a car, seat at home with ac on, and they are giving unnecessary features which are not important, in daily life no one used them, and giving safety like tins, now don't come any mahindra, vw, skoda, toyata, honda fan and comment something, bcoz they all includes in good build cars, here the point is only about altroz and freestyle, that's why I don't mentioned them..

There are so many options in ford that freestyle is in no way a comparison for i20. Ford's best car is Ecosport, they should stop this variant and get a compact SUV like the ecosport but more wider like the xuv300.
