"Explain a time you've gone beyond for a customer". The majority of my interview was going through forms and questions with me such as "do you confirm the job you've applied for may require heavy lifing" and "if you get the job, would you be able to travel in easily, even during inclement weather" etc Hope thag helps - good luck

@@oskarli3658 they asked me some situation questions like “how would you deal with an upset customer?” or “the manager asked you do something but a customer needs help what would you do?” others were some random filler questions, i got “describe a busy day” which i was very confused on how to answer since i had no prior working experience 😅, they also asked about myself like “describe a time you achieved something” and stuff like that. it’s been a while since the interview so i don’t remember all the questions but that’s the gist of it, hope that helps!

The man had a sheet of questions that he chose 3 or 4 off of that were applicable to me. One of them was why did you choose Sainsbury’s and another was how would you get to know the team. If you’ve worked before there is a section about previous work as well.

I really want a job at Sainsbury's because since the Corona virus came to the UK, people started panick buying which has led the stores shelves nearly empty and many people can't find what they are looking for. The pasta, toilet rolls, dairy free milk and break including canned foods are depleted. I spoked to the manager at Sainsbury's in Peterborough about helping him with replenishing their stocks due to this pandemic and I gave him my details for the job. If I'm lucky at getting an interview, I will do my best at using my time to help those who needs it.

ItzCaiman No they didn’t, the questions were kind of simpler and quicker but the a lot of answers still applied. This was for online assistant so it would be different for a customer one btw. They asked about availability, about importance of customers and how i can help them, about myself, about the products like what would i do when picking the products (so like picking the best quality and such), how would i work with colleagues and get to know them and a time i went the extra way to help someone.

I would strongly consider at least having black trousers (even borrowed) with a white shirt and ideally a tie. Makes a much better impression and makes you look serious and credible. Go looking as professional as you possibly can.
