I absolutely love the Gentlemen of the Row mod! I play a famale character in SR2 and it was awesome to see that they had the "super girly" animations lol It also has ported missions from the Corporate Warfare DLC but not cutscenes :( Never managed to finish it since it was too difficult.

@@Anomalyte I never updated it really past that point. I pretty much retired from modding as a whole. However on site nclok made another version that does practically the same thing kinda and is more stable. Doesn't have all of my ideas implemented but Its a decent version. In the future he may update his but that's unknown to me. His version does it completely different but it works none the less. I have no plans to revist it or to update it. Have fun.

@@Anomalyte Honestly it was Mike Watson aka IdolNinja (May he rest in peace), that gave me the idea. He wanted to make a open world zombie kinda mod but could never figure it out so I started experimenting heavily till I found a hack job of a way. I asked Nclok whom popped into the scene out of nowhere to take a look into my files and I gave him info on what I did. he was really really good at LUA coding and misc other stuff for saints row right off the bat so I personally asked him if he could give it a try to see if he could make a better spawn system thus his version of the mod was born. Ideally his version is better with zombie animations, zombie spawning and of the sort but lacks the general zombie apocalypse feel. He may one day add my original ideas to the mix but that's unknown to me. However if you play either of them hope you enjoy!

Lets be real though. Gangs surviving the zombies would make that mod more realistic, so it's not a bad thing that's the case. I know it was said but you really are the only SR youtuber that I come to get info on the series off of. Also, I really prefered the clothing of SR1 over 2, so much more stylistic choices. And to me they looked better even though the characters/graphics themselves didn't. Honestly I am glad THQ is back. I feel like my theory is right, that it was Deep Silver holding Volition back from re-releasing/Backwards compatiblity. Because it's funny how not long after THQ too ownership again they were released, after years of wanting them and having higher votes than 3 and 4 on the BC voting. We need a new SR with a great gritty story like 1 and 2 honestly.

I believe why at the end, the mission failed is Uncle, the old person, had his model despawn before the mission ended, so the game thought he was dead.

In 2017 I played and completed Saints Row 2 on the PC with Gentlemen of the Row installed and I honestly don't know what parts were Mod and which were the base game. All I know is that I had a heck of a fun time.

When I was 7 or something I couldn’t beat the game, but In 2017 I started to play the game again I liked the game, and I wanted to see if I could win. I played until I did every mission until I had to take out the strong-holds when I was 7 I didn’t know to take out strongholds. But then I thought to myself wait do I have to take out the strongholds? I hated myself when I learned i just beat the game at least the gang endings. I wore a suit when I killed Dane just because. . . Man gotta look good when killing a man with that much power

But in SR1 & 2, the zombie gameplay was optional; you didn't have to call Eye for an Eye to recruit Zombie Lin or Zombie Carlos. In SR3, you literally cannot finish the game without doing the zombie crap.
