I sent a message on Milktooth's website inquiring about exactly this topic, as I had to replace my membrane keyboard for the office. I come from BOXX Silent Pinks and Cherry Silent Reds so I like light, linear, and quiet switches. I was recommended the Peach, Fairy, and Frozen Silents and I got some of each. I can EASILY say that I prefer the Frozens, and they definitely feel the most "premium" out of the bunch. The Frozens don't have that as much of that high pitched "slide/gliding" noise that are noticeable in the Peaches and especially the Wuque Switches. I might not like that sound personally, but they are still great switches! If I had to recommend one however, it would be the Frozens. They have a REALLY nice bottom out noise and I love hitting those keys that have stabilizers haha. Great feel overall, no wobble, and they glide so easily. I like them so much that I'll be buying some more when my keyboard at home gets an upgrade. You also can't really beat the prices on Milktooth. Just thought I'd share my experience!

I bought a set of the TTC Silent Frozen v2 and I'm still impressed by how quiet and smooth they are. I can see the "over-engineering" you mentioned, they made sure everything inside the switch is silver and the RGB on my board shines with these. They look like little ice cubes and are so light and quiet that there's no effort using them. The customer service was also lovely, I don't know if/when I'll need more switches but I'd definitely recommend getting them from milktooth.

Yeah, Outemu only started making good switches recently to be honest (the ones Redragon remarked are pretty good except for the cheap box ones). So most reviewers are kinda not too excited about trying those out, but I made a custom keyboard with them and they're pretty good. Light, silent, and become even better after you lube them.

I'm afraid to try more Wuque Studio switches because I have Morandi switches, which make every single type of keycap wobble. This sometimes caused a character to be repeated one or even two times (very common when using the space bar). On the other hand, I've got TTC Rabbit switches (the RGB edition), and I love them, so I'll look into the Silent Frozen.

Love the peach V3 switches. Got them for my first board and have a set underway for the next aswell. They are available for pretty cheap (ofte cheaper than the fairy) and have the rgb diffuser which the v1 here doesnt have

Which is the least mushy, and which is the least scratchy? Thx man! Considering buying some Kailh deep sea silent Islet (linear) switches for a steel plate which is loud with everything I have tried, Gateron G pro V3 Red, Silver, and Yellow, Leobog Graywood V3, Glorious Lynx, Cidoo Matte. G pro Yellows are the quietest so far, but I want more silent. Will appreciate your input!

A phone can do shots like these - one with a macro lens and even without it. Recent S and Ultra series can do this, as well as recent iPhones.

favorite between TTC Silent Frozen vs Gazzew Bobagums?
@VicharB7 ай бұрын
Thank you! I am choosing between TTC Silent Frozen v2 and Kailh Deep Sea Silent Pro v2? I need less scratchiness, less stem wobble and surely the silence. Currently, on my older Keychron K2 v2, and on the new Keychron V1 Max I am using Gateron G Pro 3.0 Yellow, which I llike a lot, totally into linear, but want more silence, good for typing but also gaming. What would be your recommendation?

I went forward and ordered TTC Silent Frozen V2 90 pieces for ~USD45, as a replacement to my really liked Gateron G Pro 3.0 Yellow, which are considered budget but are very nice and close to silent switches. Lets see how they will compare and hope I'll not be upset.

Anyone have both the silent peach and ttc frozen? Is ttc a lot better?
@lloydlobo49039 ай бұрын
I prefer the peach! It reminds me of a well built synthesizer with good action and response. The other reason being the short travel and the gradual increase in weight just at the end, which signals the brain that tbe key is triggered. It seems that Akko fairy has similar attributes on paper.
@lloydlobo49039 ай бұрын
I just wish frozen had a shorter travel, and didn't thock as much, when compared to the peach. Tested both on the same keyboard side-by-side.
@NnoperzZ7 ай бұрын
@@lloydlobo4903 Have you tried V2 or V3 Peach ones? I'm considering should I pay like twice the price for Frozen V2 instead of cheap Peach V3, to try the silent switches instead of my current Graywood V4. I like the feel of them, but the less travel distance (and noise) is an interesting option. Is there noticeable mushiness, lightness or 'gummy' feel of silent ones, compared to Graywood? Because if there is, I'd better stick to the ones I have now.
