I have the MegaDeath and the Gremlin - both are out of this world when it comes down to All Mountain Performance - Nice, that both are in your personal favorites list 🤙🏻

I'm a beginner, but picked up an Endeavor BOD Ion 2nd hand for very cheap. When I started riding, I thought it was going to throw me off the instant I did anything wrong. After I did a few laps, I started getting comfortable and relaxed a bit and found how incredibly forgiving it is. Maybe I'm just too inexperienced and only riding blues really, but the 3D nose and tail just never threw me. It's so forgiving, even for times that I thought that it probably should have caught an edge, it didn't. I'm absolutely in love with this board. One thing I'd like to see is Endeavour bringing back some of the top sheet designs they did for their Ion series. They just look so pretty (which quite honestly, was a pretty big reason I bought it)

Thanks for the confidence boost on pulling the trigger on a Gremlin this season! There’s not a lot of reviews on it, but after 25+ years on Burtons they just can’t hold in east coast ice/hard pack and needed something new!

Hey TJ. I noticed there are no Yes boards in your reviews (that I can find)? Any reason? Best reviews going bud and awesome channel.

Seems he mentions the same board companies usually. Could be personal preference or those are the board companies that let him demo their decks. Ive heard good things about Yes and Ride which i havent seen on this channel

How does the MD compare to the HKP? Feels like the HKP offers a lot of similar benefits as the MD - lightness, energy, precision, and ability to explore the mountain.

Great channel. I like your video with Dave Downing. Can you tell me more or do a video just on the grill master. I am considering one for a smooth carvy chill ride for riding with my young kids who are just getting into riding.

What do you think about the YES Greats? Picked it up this season and I’m super hyped with it for the asymmetrical shape that really boosts the heel side edge game :)

Hey mate, how tall and heavy are you?
@Daz555Daz7 ай бұрын
Is see in the video you are riding the '23 Bataleon Cruiser. Worth noting that the 24 model seems quite different. They have changed the wood core for this particular model for '24 and also Bataleon moved factories for production of their snowboards - and it seems to have had a detrimental effect. Angry Snowboarder loved the '23 model but rated the '24 model very poorly.

The Endeavor looks agile and lively, but it is to narrow for my boot size. Are there boards with a larger waist width riding similar?
@340_xi9 ай бұрын
Interesting picks. You clearly like directional stiff precision snowboards. It all depends on if your resort riding, backcountry, or hiking the preseason mini park. I’ve been a Mervin rider since 07. I would like to ride this Bataleon evil twin, it has me intrigued. Looks like a great resort riding and jib stick. It would be compared to a Trice pro? Or completely different? The shape has me very intrigued.

How would you say the evil twin + does in powder or freeride?
@BoardArchive9 ай бұрын
At the end of the day it's a true twin, full camber snowboard with average width. It's not doing you any favors in powder. The 3BT will help a little compared to other twins, but nothing to write home about. It can hold its own for freeride, but is more of a mid flexing board so you can find the limits if you push it.

How is “volume shifted” different from simply “wide”?
@Drift-Products5 ай бұрын
The difference is that boards labeled as volume shifted are meant to take surface area that would’ve been in the length of the board, and moved to the width. In other words, they’re meant to be ridden shorter and wider than “normal” boards. While any board can be made in a wide size for people with big feet, the length of those boards aren’t meant to be reduced. For bigger riders with big feet, volume shifted boards need to be even wider than their “normal” wide boards in order to have the same effect as a volume shifted board does for smaller riders with smaller feet.
