This was, in my opinion, Marla Gibbs' best acting on this show. It was eerie yet was so real, the way the pastor was talking to Florence.👍🏼🕊

I wish I took heed of the first clip when I was younger...I would have saved a lot of money too if I didn't give my tithes to these pastors / Reverends that fleece the flock. Tithing was food, not money people.
@victorious3926 Жыл бұрын
In that episode you're talking about the pastor stealing the money, did you learn anything from the minister that was talking to her that had already went on to glory? He gave her good sound advice, you don't worry about what the pastor is doing you there. For God He will sort out the rest He sees what's going on. Nothing catches Him by surprise.

@@victorious3926 WHAT? What Scripture is that? Tens of thousands of dollars latter? Are you serious? Your logic according to what a fictional character said on a TV program is exactly why I don't allow my children to what TV. Stop tithing if you are tithing to your church. Tithing was food not money. And there is no more storehouses in Jerusalem! Wake up!

People need to really think about who they give their money to. Who needs it more, them or you?
@youdontsay33797 ай бұрын
Church is a big business. The money people give may actually be used to finance the pastor's lifestyle. So many of them live in luxury homes/mansions, some have homes in different cities and countries, they drive/own luxury cars, wear expensive clothing and shoes, their home furnishings care also expensive Here on KZbin there are news clips of pastors being arrested for soliciting prostitutes, buying/using drugs, paying for hotel rooms where they take their side chicks And lets not talk about the ones on the down low having sexual relationships with men while married to their wives

The Script for the first Episode is good enough to have been Written by Rod Serling! And talk about a Plot Twist: "Florence Johnston" is being Preached to by a "Bond Villain." The late great Julius W. Harris Played "James Bond's" New Orleans based Nemesis in 1973's "Live and Let Die." Theme by Paul McCartney. And the Movie which introduced Dame Jane Seymour to the known moviegoing World.🤔😉🎤💃🌊☀️🌴🍤🌶🥩🎥📺B.W.
