Was gonna say exactly this. Tonio just loves cooking so much, and he practiced and worked so hard that his mastery of the culinary arts evolved past what other humans could. He got his stand because he was so dedicated towards his craft. Since the stand is the manifestation of one's soul, the fact he developed pearl jam means that at this point cooking is literally his life. Tonio makes the food taste godly, and pearl jam just uses the food as a conduit to heal injuries and health problems.

No, I'm pretty sure you need a specific thing. For instance, let's say you have the stand, now I say: "I really want sylvestremolina to have a pretty rock" nothing will happen but if I say "I kinda want him to have that stapler" it will create a copy and you can have it. Tbh, Hey Ya! is a pretty good stand in everyday life. It’s ability to make you confident and the way it knows how to improve your current situation is what makes it pretty nice overall. Also, I do think Hey Ya! has some degree of insight, but not in the way you think. Honestly, I'm not sure how Cinderella would work on your own body, but as far as I understand it would work like an aimbotted version of Khnum. Does pretty much the same except it gives you the best possible scenario right away and allows you to cheat your way into being your best possible self. Though, assuming that it doesn't change you into something you don't recognize yourself as or personally do not wish to be, it would be VERY good and pretty much give you every bonus of the previous stands except for Pearl Jam. I'm also not sure how Hermit Purple works but I do believe there is some level of telepathic abilities imbued into it - either for it being basically the stand version of Hamon or just something exclusive to Hermit Purple itself - then again this would go into somewhat of the same level of speculation Earth, Wind & Fire went towards so it might not count. Either way, being able to unconsciously know how people will react to certain things, and perhaps even read their minds on a deeper level would probably be useful in a romantic situation? I'd imagine knowing how your partner would react to a suggestion would be pretty much Mandem except it would become a subconscious thing and not an active decision to correct your mistakes. It'd be like starting a new save on a game you never played before and somehow having absolutely perfect muscle memory, skills and knowledge of where items are. *If* hermit purple works that way, anyway.
