Oni and Shin Akuma are considered non canon/what ifs. That’s what makes Akuma vs Oro so fascinating is because we never saw his both arms, but we also never saw Akuma close to full power. When he broke the island it was as a semi casual feat to kinda flex on Ryu.

Depends witch Shin Akuma you are talking about. Shin Akuma is Akuma at his full power no holding back and all that stuff. Now there was another version in SNK vs Capcom in witch Rugal gives his power to Akuma. That is the one with red shin and white hair and this version in non canon. So yeah Shin Akuma that we see in street fighter 3 , 4 and 5 is canon we just don't know his upper limits. Now Oni on the other hand is not. It is just a what if Satsui no Hado consumes Akuma. But, in Kage's story mode in sfv, all sfv stories are canon by the way, it was stated and shown that Akuma does not want to become Oni, even the new technique he shows is not based on Satsui no Hado. So what ever Akuma goal is, its not Oni.

Gen SF1 was still old, Akuma is a catchall for Shin Akuma and Oni, Oro is a catchall for 2-Handed-Oro, and Oni is not as strong as 2-Handed-Oro and is not as strong as Shin Akuma who is able to suppress the background demonic intent. What are you talking about? The biggest piece of WTF in your post is Bison not being Top 10. This isn't DBZ. The only argument that can be made in terms of power is that Evil Ryu is just under Final Bision and Master/Mastered Ryu is debatably stronger, but Mastered Ryu isn't around yet.

Some honorable mentions (IMO) Urien, Ryu (W/power of nothingness), M.Bison (SFA3/bison using his full power), Gen, Rose, Cody (W/O cuffs), Dhalsim, Q (possibly) and Sagat With the Gill vs Alex thing, to me Alex does have something special (he doesn't know it yet) which is kinda hinted at by Dhalsim and even Gill himself...I think Gill threw it but Alex has shown some promise hence why Gill shows interest in him (Think of it like how Bison took an interest in Ryu when he defeated Sagat and his potential)

Jin has showed that multiple times and it isn't a in the moment thing read up on your Jin lore, his devil powers from the Mishima's and angel powers from the Kazama which is why he has wings. devil kazuya can't fuck with the character angel, none of the things he did affected her and she can lay his devil to sleep in a single touch. Jin has the same feats, kazuya is scared of Jin. he will not fight him straight up again until he knows he can take him down. devil tried to take his power himself back from Jin and was blown away. akuma bodies Ryu hands down. gouken mastered the power of nothingness and still got decimated by akuma, Ryu barely knows it and in sf5 akuma shits on him. leaves him laid on in the forest searching for stronger opponents so he lol headed to Tekken. Jin is not only more skilled, confident, destructive and resistant than Ryu he is smarter and more powerful. he ran the entire world at the age of twenty and couldn't be took off the thrown by being defeated. they waited until he disappeared to try and take over the zaibatsu, that just shows you how terrifying Jins power truly is.

The only reason Akuma managed to kill Gouken is because Gouken was holding back. In the rematch Gouken and Akuma fight over who gets to take in and train Ryu. Because we see Gouken training Ryu in the future after that. It is heavily implied that Gouken defeated Akuma with the Power Of Nothingness. He's definitely like Top 3.

SF Alpha is definitely canon. It ties in the story of Nash/Charlie to SF V. Then why did capcom show that bison was killed in SF Alpha 3 and then magically resurrected in SF V? Even in Dan Hibiki managed to wipe out the dictator in SF Alpha 3's story mode. Speculation here is that capcom is primarily a business and whatever the canon previously indicates, it is not being followed to the letter. 1)Everytime bison dies, it was just his body. Real Bison is just in a form of a soul. 2) in sf games, some ending/story mode is not canon. In fact, there a are only one or two character endings that are considered canon. In sf2, no ending is canon. The story climaxed when akuma interrupt the final match and killed bison at the beginning of the match (ssf2 turbo/ultra). There was no such thing as "after he killed bison, a certain character that was supposed to fight bison defeated akuma" like how it went when we play the game.

Zangief with his muscle power technique can augment his strength which enables him to surpass Abigail's physical strength. Zangief has mastered if not almost mastered his muscle power and with his base strength and muscle power, he can probably surpass Abigail's strength by 5 times or far more at the full extent. Abigail on the other hand does not have this type of technique nor he will even bother to learn it.

I actually would like Ingrid to be canon she's interesting she can be a boss but if she be a boss she would more likely be killed by either Ryu or Akuma anyway if she's good she's the most powerful character in lore period I'll say she's a half Street Fighter character she was on the Street Fighter Unlimited comic book before being removed and she's in a SFV artwork with Oro and Birdie. G is now a boss in Street Fighter he's now apart of Street Fighter's legacy bosses Capcom said he's Street Fighter V original boss so this makes him above and more powerful than Bison and Gill was the only one to defeat G in battle and Gill said he felt G power before so G and Gill most likely have a history somehow hopefully we get more story coverage.

Arslan Raiden at his peak defeated Shinnok at his peak (in the same battle which nearly destroyed the Earthrrealm). And Armageddon Shao Kahn is the strongest MK character except these omnipotent beings. Also, Raiden in MK4 became an Elder God, unlike Shinnok who is a Fallen Elder God.

Ingrid said no more than 15 minutes to beat Bison meaning it'll take her only 15 minutes or less to beat Bison. Gen is stronger than Gouken and would destroy M. Bison, Gen fought on par with Akuma and most likely has a fighting chance against Gill. Urien would also destroy M. Bison Which is a fact since his brother is Gill and both on a high mighty level and Urien easily disperse psycho power furthering the fact he's stronger than Bison. Seth should be on the list he's the boss of the IV series he maybe somewhat of a wack boss but he was a planetary threat and he absorb strong fighters powers. Rose should have been on the list she's one of the few characters who actually defeated Bison back in the Alpha series. I hope this get updated

Some of your statements are debatable. But Seth being a *planetary* threat is funny because he literally has no feat. He may be IV's final boss, or capable of absorbing strong fighters' powers but we've never seen him do anything impressive enough to be Planet level. Most of the SF roster are fodders(They should be street level to city level at best). The likes of Akuma, Oro, Gill, Gen, Gouken are above them.(Akuma is not a Secret boss for nothing LOL.)
