I would say Regina SK is the Best. There is a PR program, especially for the Saskatchewan students only... Saskatchewan is the only province where one can apply PR immediately after completing his studies as one can claim work experience during their studies in order to apply PR...No other province gives this privilege...In other provinces, people are supposed to apply PR only after pg work permit...

@Tanuj Sharma I'm guessing, by "university of Vancouver West" you mean UBC, and no, it doesn't accept 3 year degrees from India. Only UK, New Zealand and Australia. And University of Calgary has specifically mentioned that students with 3-year bachelor degrees from India must also have a Master's Degree. Please don't spread information like this.

@@tanyaverma1216 So, Smith requires 4 years, clearly mentioned in the program brochure. Ivey is a little ambiguous, hasn't clearly mentioned the requirements. York accepts 3-year degrees but the fee asked is way too high. But, yes it accepts. I didn't check about universities in Montreal, well, for obvious reasons. But, Concordia(John Molson) has specifically written that the education should be of 16 years.
