I can’t choose. All these trucks are amazing. That 2nd gen is insane, but I’d never be able to afford to build that. I thought Grants backwoods setup with the ARE shell was interesting, wish we coulda seen his prototype tent. Mikes cascadia4x4 solar panel was awesome, didn’t know that was an option for solar, very cool. Nice truck, mike can provide lighting for entire convoy with that many lights lol. I bought a brand new 2nd gen a decade ago intending on kitting it out for overland, and so far I’ve got an ARE shell…and nothing else HAHA, truck might be dead before I’m even close to finished. Might have to wait til I’m in a 3rd gen and try again..

Finally saved up the cash for a bilstein 5100 lift and 285/75r16 coopers with method wheels for my 3rd gen and I couldn't be happier!!! Can't wait to someday go to overland expo!!!! Hey off topic, but I have the stock running boards on my 3rd gen trd offroad (not the desert ones but the big flat running boards) that are bolted on. I get it won't perform nearly like a good slider, but will they protect at all from rocks? Like can I go hit a mild trail with those or are they likely to crumple at the slightest run in with a rock on the side? Thanks!

speaking about your headlights you forgot about second gens. the reason why i say that is because the 3rd, gen lights are WAY better looking the second gen's. i have a 2014 with 46 K mi. on it. i bought it from interprise car sales in reno nv back in 2015. it still smelled new they delivered it from sacramento ca. it had 5k nobody rents truck's in ca thank god lol
