Back when I was first buying my Taco I originally went to a Toyota dealership in VA Beach. I had basically closed on a 2019 Off Road when they told me the rack and pinion was cracked. They offered to fix it and said it would be ready by that Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and they tell me it’s gonna be Friday now. Friday turns into Monday. I walked away from the deal and found a 2018 Off Road in pristine condition the next day at a Chevy Dealership.

MPG, drivability, and low end response improves for off-roading and just pulling away from a stop sign. One big advantage people often do overlook is that also remove ALOT of strain on a transmission that costs more than gears.

High speed still feels like stock but I do gotta say it does hold 5th gear a little longer where before it would automatically downshift to 4th gear. But while holding on to 5th gear you're gonna lose speed on a small hill and throttle respond sucks at high speed I would really have to gas it to get it moving and when it does move rpm will jump to almost 5500. Cruse control feel the same. Under 60mph is great! I did tried 91 octane on a full tank and it does feels alot better but gas was too expensive so I switched back. I'm plan on regearing someday to see the difference
