I am a PhD student - just started my second year. A friend of my recommended this channel to me because she said the presenter is very kind and helpful ! I am so excited to go through the content ! I hope there are some tips for imposter syndrome and PhD blues :-/ due to the high academic standard and feeling ill prepared for a PhD. Like all previous degrees did not contribute to the starting point of PhD. I started my PhD in experimental research with no previous experience in quantitative or experimental research design. My topic of interest in novel and new with very little research. Its also completely new to me that demands of me to learn completely new technical skills. Super greatful for the opportunity but super overwhelmed by the challanges.

Thanks Cecile. SUch a useful video and full of helpful tips (some I already knew) but always good to be reminded again. I'm just struggling to get started writing on my thesis again after a period if ill-health where I have also lost my confidence too.
