Things I hate about my coolray. 1. The overly steep angled front headrests. 2. The stability control turns off at 100kph. Its a bummer. 3. The swooshing fuel Gas tank sound 4. The Hi beam lights has only 2 LED bulbs. 5. Creaking sounds on the dash. 6. The signal lights are not that bright.

Ei there sir… same issue s headrest, had to purchase a neck support so my head doesn’t need to bend forward, lol. About the creaking sounds, please have it checked, I didn’t notice any squeaks from our unit

Well, you don't have to get the car. If its not fit on your preference. Geely is a good brand no matter what other says about the car. Wlang perfect car. Kung ano ang choice mo yun ang perfect na para sayo. Kung may reklamo ibigsabhin kumuha ka lang ng car na di mo iniisip.

Yeah, wonder how he got one… sabi nya 14mos p lang GCR nya. We got ours s GNE July ‘21 and sabi nila, hindi n daw nilalabas ung blue color kaya parang si sir, nakuha nya unit nya bandang sept ‘21

@@testdriveph I've watched and read videos and spec sheets, my heart is really leaning towards the SE. 4 inliners might be thirstier and there's no manual mode. 😁😁😁 I love playing with the +/- on stick, not so much on paddles. Unless, there's a major difference from the previous one that's convincing enough.

ano average mode of driving for 8km/l? if sport, I expect fuel consumption to suffer.

Ahhhh, kaya pala… lucky u sir @yellow. When we were testing the GCR back in July ‘21, we were so sold with the unit and spoke with our sales exec that we were aiming for the blue one. When we were sure that we were getting a unit, that was the only time the manager said that blue was no longer being sold. So i really wondered how someone who got his unit 3mos later was able to get a blue one. This was in GNE

I suggest not to trust the gauge… i always end up lacking .8-1.5 km/L using the manual method, full tank, km reading and full tank again. My best consumption was about 12.1 bocaue-baguio-bocaue, and did it with just 1 (sagad) full tank and a lot of anticipation if we’ll make it back to the same gas station i filled up going to Baguio, lol

I have a geely coolray GS Comfort 2023. I have had the car for 4 months, and the only problem I have had is an issue with the transmission, when I am in slow traffic and I have to accelerate and brake there is a strange sound, it also happens when going down hills. I can describe the sound as if something hooked and hold the car a little, I clarify that I have not activated the hill descent assistant. I went to the dealer and they reprogrammed the transmission to prevent any such issue. The sound persists, again I got an appointment with the dealership to see the issue. Is there anyone who has noticed the same sound in these scenarios that I mention?

Sorry for your trouble, but my almost 2yr GCR doesn't have sort of sounds from the tranny. Although you might want to check the brakes as well.

@@ernestocampos2281 I don't know if it'll help, but I saw a video from King Panda where he initially thought that there was a transmission problem with his Geely. He later disclosed that the sound came from the Auto Hold function. I have to recheck it, though. I'll post the link here once I'm certain that you have the same concern.

Still no air filter in GNE! Or just not sure if they’re intentionally saying that there’s none so those with higher mileage will get replacement first. Just reached 11k (and since getting my 1st mo PMS to my 18th mo PMS, they have never replaced the air filter yet), and ours is in its 19th mo. Anyone else had issues with air filters from GNE?

Well at the first place, you shouldn’t bought it if it doesn’t fit what you need esp the cargo space that you require, right? Just my thought. Hehe

Ty for commenting! I did notice one scratch on my door which was easily bruised. i Don't really mind it though, polish looks fine to me even without paint protection.

Yeah, madali machip ang pintura ng GCR, i think isa ung s tinipid… Kakata, i think i only heard 1 vlog who said something good about the sound system. I love bass, and masasabi kong, sobrang enjoy ko ang music s GCR namin
