Hi Sofia, to update the OHIP card- do we have to go in person? Also, I have my current health card valid until 2026, do i still need to update it or wait until it expires?

Hey first time after getting your PR u will hv to go in person , it gives an error when u do online , it’s totally up to u , u can get the new one now or wait till it expires

Thanks Sofia, we received eCOPR recently and didn't realize that I needed to do this. If SIN no changes what happens to the CRA account that was previously created during tax submission. Will that be linked to new SIN or a new CRA account is needed ?

Congratulations on the Ecopr ! I checked with my accountant and they advised that the new sin will automatically be linked with the old one , service Canada also advised the same , so no action needed from our end
