Hello Sofia, after getting new SIN number post PR, are we suppose to create new CRA account or the old CRA accounts gets linked with new SIN number automatically?

It gets automatically linked but u may have to create new login details as u may get an error if trying to login with the old account, incase u are getting the error just create a new login account with the new sin , your info is automatically transferred , u can call Also call cra and they are quite helpful

i uploaded the unsigned copy of my e-COPR and selected my application to be processed digitally instead of by mail which might create issue like you mentioned in the video. do you think it’s better to submit a new request or just wait for the current one to proceed? it is okay to process another request? would appreciate your help.

Yes just take a print out and sign it

Hey u can call CRA and they wil let u know the reason for delay or the next steps
