I'm a native Dubuquer. I enjoyed your video. You've only scratched the surface of great places to visit in my hometown. Eagle Point park on Dubuque's north end would be my # 1 choice for visitors to experience. I'm proud to call Dubuque home !!

You are correct we only scratched the surface for sure! We just loved Dubuque and wished we would have planned a few more days in the area- We were only there one night and did all of this! I love this video. You guys did a great job. Makes us wish we had had more time to explore the area more. We knew about the Field of Dreams, but that bar barge was really cool. It was fun to revisit the winery and Mississippi Riverwalk with ya'll. You guys got to see larger boats than we did. The push barge didn't come through while we were there or the paddle boat. So cool. The pizza looked really good.

We were so glad we found all the cool spots and had some time to do it! Maya loved running around with us! The pizza was amazing! The barge footage was filmed by Joel and he got it in the morning when he took Maya out! He is learning to film stuff for me 😂

OHHH, that 10'9" bridge would be a bit scary to come up to. 😂 So great that you were able to experience the Field of Dreams. Nice video. As someone raised in Dubuque, I can safely say you’ve barely scratched the surface on what to do/see in the area. The town where Field of Dreams is located is called Dyersville. And the cable elevator is called Fenlon Place (not fenelon). Please come back to explore this area further! There is the whole downtown/bluff area, Eagle Point Park, Mines of Spain, and so many more. Safe travels!
