The dragons also forgot to mention that despite the amount of Xmas trees purchased each year, they are unique in that they need to be replaced, unlike the stand. So once you've reached market saturation sales will slow down massively.

The thing is that lots of those offers can't go through because all business owners and their businesses are scrutinized before any contract is singed and lots of them are not completely honest. Out of any deal that is made that you see on tv probably 1/3 doesn't actually get made.

Sounded like she's plugged in enough with QVC to know that in a flash in the pan that product will sell so she's got a pretty high likelihood of at least not losing anything.
