Awesome tips! 1. Pick the right tulip. 2. Plant them deep, deeper than what you have ever done. 3. Keep them away from sqirrels, by using rocks, stones, wires...whatever is needed!. 4. Enjoy the pretty bloom, year after year...! p.s. This will surely apply for the lovely Hyacinth and for my Gül too. ❤

You plant them after a couple of frosts and before the ground freezes hard. Halloween to Thanksgiving in Central Ohio. Mine bloom from Easter to mothers day.

I use a .22 air rifle to dispatch squirrels that get into my garden. I’ve been a victim too long.

I got a better protection on my tulip bulbs against squirrels and chipmunks, I use BB shot guns! Boy! they never ever come back again!
