I am happy that I have found this. I due to an injury, I’ve sidelined myself: I have let myself go, Self confidence and who I am as a man went to the dumps. However, seeing this, it has woken me up and made realize that this period of time in life, does not define me. I am meant for greatness.

Hi Weston. Thank you for including mental health in this video. I know "therapy" has had a stigma and has gotten a bad rap over the years (especially in film and TV), but it really does make a huge impact on one's attitude, which has a lot to do with nearly everything: relationships (family/friends/lovers), career, peace of mind, body image, values, etc. The rest of your tips are also great, especially the exercise and diet. Great stuff! - Paul

Love the topic but I think if you go through perhaps a day of self care like food, shopping for clothes etc, As a man its hard to find time for things like shopping , then when you do find time I get inpatient and pick what the display is wearing and call it a day. Honestly I wouldn’t know how to put together a up to date evening outfit. Just work clothes for me. Thanks

Consider focusing your efforts on foods of the best quality you can afford. Clean meat, organ meat, no processed fats, minimal junk carbs, eliminate sugar, eat avocados, olives, salmon and sardines (sardines pack a punch of nutrition), incorporate intermittent fasting, broccoli sprouts, pastured eggs, some leafy greens, very dark unprocessed cacao, fermented veggies like sauerkraut and kimchi. Even a glass of red wine! So many ways to improve health, and thereby skin, that does NOT require supplements or special creams.

it's crazy how much of this ultimately comes down to hair line and hair density. you're either blessed with the genetics or not. with everything else being equal - well fitted clothes, lean body mass (not even muscle necessarily), sleep and nutrients and hydration all on point - hair takes you from a 7 to 9. or 5 to a 7. or an 8 to a 10. there's a reason we feel so much more confident when we're having "a good hair day." everyday, the first thing in the gratitude journal is always my hair genetics. the only thing my absent father ever gave me. but it was enough. that and the height, i guess. cause can't buy over six feet. cause you better believe if the 5'8"s of the world are wearing three inch heels and lifts, so am i at 6'1". rant over
@unclekerr43693 жыл бұрын
I can't imagine a archetype of a more insecure man than this man, it's a real shame. If you need to act confident we have a massive problem which can't be solved with acting. The problem is not a lack of confidence, the problem is an abundance of vanity. When we reduce the amount of vanity in our lives the problem that we thought was a lack of confidence will be reduced proving the problem was vanity not confidence. Don't aim at confidence aim at competence because confidence without competence is nonsense.
