To maintain healthy skin, this is what worked for me: First thing in the morning, wash your face properly. Opt for a mild and gentle face wash such as the riceberry facewash from littleexttra and then follow with moisturizing your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Don't wash your face too many times in a day. Just wash it once in the morning and once before going to sleep. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. The white patches in skin occur when your skin is already dry and due to the exposure from sun. Thus, it's essential to prevent dry skin and protect it from harsh sun exposure.

@alexiis.official3 жыл бұрын
@@benjaminsilvavallejo7500 for cleansing you want to do it twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. For exfoliating, start off doing once every week so you’re skin can get used to it. Then work your way up to twice a week. It depends on which treatment you use, for what you’ll like to work on. I’m using a treatment for my acne, so I use it twice a week. (I just bought it) you can do this in the morning or at night, but I’ve heard it’s better at night because that’s when your skin can repair the most since you’re just sleeping, and not walking around in the sun or sweating. as for moisturizers, twice a day. In the morning and at night. Sunscreen, you apply EVERYDAY in the morning. So in the morning you cleanse, moisturize, and sunscreen. At night you cleanse, treatment if you’re deciding to do it at night that day, and once the treatment is over some treatments you rinse off and some you leave on for the night. It’ll say on the back where the directions are, but if you wash it off, put some water on your face and then apply your moisturizer. If it’s a leave on wait a couple minutes and then apply your moisturizer. Hope this helped

@Miracle oh yeah that's right. The reason why most oily people used gel is because it is more lightweight than cream. So it doesn't feel heavy and uncomfortable on your skin. For the routine it is easy actually 1. Cleanse 2. Exfoliate (peeling gel, etc..) 3. Toner 4.. Serum and there are a lot type of serum(hydrate, anti aging, soothing bla bla) 5. Moisturizer 6. Sunscreen if you go out Btw i hope this will help you. Plus if your are going to doctor to take tretinoin. That is the most good acne cure. It will sure clean your face. Good luck

Eat nutritious food and have sufficient water. These habits aids all skin kinds to glow. Remember this during the day. Celebs often discuss about drinking at least 7 glasses of water each day for good skin. It's something you can rely on. Keep your face clear from pollution and dust. I understand it's not effortless, but you have to make an effort. Wash your face with normal water first, then use some gentle face wash twice a day, during your morning and night. Also, rinse your face with water whenever you go out in your sun. Use only mild face wash like litlextra riceberry face wash. Always apply sunscreen when one go outside. It's important. Keep active. Take walks consistently. The following are my tips for glowing skin, founded on my experience. I hope these help one attain beautiful, glowing skin that everybody admires!

I've used this rice berry face wash previously and in my opinion, it's one of the best face washes I have ever tried. It removes the dirt and excess oil from skin and does not dry out the skin. The reason behind it produces less lather is that they don't use detergents to create extra foam like other brands.

@@leahalcantara5949 yeah I fixed up his cleanser (gave him the cerave foaming one) and a hyaluronic acid toner. He doesn't like the feeling of moisturizer on his skin so even if I got him a moisturizer, he just wouldn't use it 😂. This also extends to sunscreens as most sunscreens, no matter how lightweight it is, still has a texture similar to moisturizers. In my country, I think most men don't have a dedicated skincare routine for this reason. They just can't stand the feeling of products on their faces lol. We live in a hot and very humid climate tho so it's not that bad if you don't use a moisturizer but it can be bad if you don't use sunscreen so I'm trying to find my brother (and also my dad) one that he would actually use.

I've been doing some research and it seems like gels/gel creams is more suitable for people like my brother who hates the feeling of lotions. Yeah, these skin care routines won’t help with acne, I find these videos misleading as they just make people spend money on things that won’t help. Acne which is deep set needs medication to clear it up, and importantly both during and after always very clean towels (literally every time you dry your face, you need a clean towel) and sheets (especially pillowcases) changed several times per week. Without the clean towels and pillows/sheets, the bacteria comes back and you get infected again.

I started my fiancé with a cleanser, and moisturizer/sunscreen duo. Then got him to start using a retinol. Now he just told me he loves how his skin has been looking and wants another product for his routine 😂 I honestly do t know what else to give him besides a chemical exfoliant😂 I created a skincare junkie!
@sitabird3 жыл бұрын
lol, that's awesome. if he's happy with his skin he probably doesn't need anything else, retinol covers pretty much all skincare needs. It's waaay too easy to over-exfoliate and cause breakouts and irritation, best to just keep it simple.

This was so much more helpful than going to the dermatologist. All they did was give me a prescription for some pills and a strong cream. My body and skin had a terrible response to it. And their medication caused my skin to dry out a lot, they didn't even tell me anything about moisturizing my face ( I work outside 8 hours a day, so that was probably an important thing for a dermatologist to mention)

Thank you for saving me lol. My entire life I’ve just rubbed some body wash or 3-in-1 substance on my face and called it a day and was so annoyed why I was always breaking out and had horrible acne. I thought getting an acne wash and fixing my diet/washing my sheets more often would fix it (which it did help a lot) but upon hearing about an actual cleanser and exfoliate instead of some generic acne wash plus moisturizing and sunscreen I’m really excited to see the results as the simple changes before helped a lot! I was always raised to kind of just deal with whatever your skin was like growing up. My dad never uses chapstick or skin care, he said he let the sun dry out his acne when he was younger (NEVER WORE SUNSCREEN lol) and same with my brother but he also popped his pimples instead of getting a skin care routine so now he has scars on his face in his late 20’s! I’m doing my job as the youngest and learning from them (and you) to actually take care of my skin and show it’s not for girls and it’s important for guys to take care of it too. It’s normal for guys to work out and take care of their bodies but only girls can take care of their skin, hair, nails, etc it’s ridiculous. Again thanks a lot!
