To maintain healthy skin, this is what worked for me: First thing in the morning, wash your face properly. Opt for a mild and gentle face wash such as the riceberry facewash from littleexttra and then follow with moisturizing your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Don't wash your face too many times in a day. Just wash it once in the morning and once before going to sleep. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. The white patches in skin occur when your skin is already dry and due to the exposure from sun. Thus, it's essential to prevent dry skin and protect it from harsh sun exposure.

Very satisfied using this facial cleanser by Litttle Extra riceberry daily. It Does not make my face dehydrated or oily in any season. Makes my face appear soft. Quantity is also excellent with quality. Just Two drops and face will feel improved and clear.

Eat nutritious food and have sufficient water. These habits aids all skin kinds to glow. Remember this during the day. Celebs often discuss about drinking at least 7 glasses of water each day for good skin. It's something you can rely on. Keep your face clear from pollution and dust. I understand it's not effortless, but you have to make an effort. Wash your face with normal water first, then use some gentle face wash twice a day, during your morning and night. Also, rinse your face with water whenever you go out in your sun. Use only mild face wash like litlextra riceberry face wash. Always apply sunscreen when one go outside. It's important. Keep active. Take walks consistently. The following are my tips for glowing skin, founded on my experience. I hope these help one attain beautiful, glowing skin that everybody admires!

I've used this rice berry face wash previously and in my opinion, it's one of the best face washes I have ever tried. It removes the dirt and excess oil from skin and does not dry out the skin. The reason behind it produces less lather is that they don't use detergents to create extra foam like other brands.

This was so much more helpful than going to the dermatologist. All they did was give me a prescription for some pills and a strong cream. My body and skin had a terrible response to it. And their medication caused my skin to dry out a lot, they didn't even tell me anything about moisturizing my face ( I work outside 8 hours a day, so that was probably an important thing for a dermatologist to mention)

@alexisoffical
@alexisoffical 3 жыл бұрын
@@benjaminsilvavallejo7500 for cleansing you want to do it twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. For exfoliating, start off doing once every week so you’re skin can get used to it. Then work your way up to twice a week. It depends on which treatment you use, for what you’ll like to work on. I’m using a treatment for my acne, so I use it twice a week. (I just bought it) you can do this in the morning or at night, but I’ve heard it’s better at night because that’s when your skin can repair the most since you’re just sleeping, and not walking around in the sun or sweating. as for moisturizers, twice a day. In the morning and at night. Sunscreen, you apply EVERYDAY in the morning. So in the morning you cleanse, moisturize, and sunscreen. At night you cleanse, treatment if you’re deciding to do it at night that day, and once the treatment is over some treatments you rinse off and some you leave on for the night. It’ll say on the back where the directions are, but if you wash it off, put some water on your face and then apply your moisturizer. If it’s a leave on wait a couple minutes and then apply your moisturizer. Hope this helped

@Miracle oh yeah that's right. The reason why most oily people used gel is because it is more lightweight than cream. So it doesn't feel heavy and uncomfortable on your skin. For the routine it is easy actually 1. Cleanse 2. Exfoliate (peeling gel, etc..) 3. Toner 4.. Serum and there are a lot type of serum(hydrate, anti aging, soothing bla bla) 5. Moisturizer 6. Sunscreen if you go out Btw i hope this will help you. Plus if your are going to doctor to take tretinoin. That is the most good acne cure. It will sure clean your face. Good luck

Thank you for saving me lol. My entire life I’ve just rubbed some body wash or 3-in-1 substance on my face and called it a day and was so annoyed why I was always breaking out and had horrible acne. I thought getting an acne wash and fixing my diet/washing my sheets more often would fix it (which it did help a lot) but upon hearing about an actual cleanser and exfoliate instead of some generic acne wash plus moisturizing and sunscreen I’m really excited to see the results as the simple changes before helped a lot! I was always raised to kind of just deal with whatever your skin was like growing up. My dad never uses chapstick or skin care, he said he let the sun dry out his acne when he was younger (NEVER WORE SUNSCREEN lol) and same with my brother but he also popped his pimples instead of getting a skin care routine so now he has scars on his face in his late 20’s! I’m doing my job as the youngest and learning from them (and you) to actually take care of my skin and show it’s not for girls and it’s important for guys to take care of it too. It’s normal for guys to work out and take care of their bodies but only girls can take care of their skin, hair, nails, etc it’s ridiculous. Again thanks a lot!

The only true cause of acne is hormonzes and genetics. guys that just use water may not have acne but they wont have glowing skin...they also will have alot of dirty dead skin on their body. When u wash your body, why do u you use body wash instead of just water? because the body wash cleanses your skin. and then putting lotion after u shower gets the skin better too. the face is just more complex and sensitive. but if u just a normal guy like me with barely any acne just once in a while u get a bit. just cleanser and moisterizer morning and night. i just use cerva cleanser and natural aloe vera extract from my plant outside

He doesn't like the feeling of moisturizer on his skin so even if I got him a moisturizer, he just wouldn't use it 😂. This also extends to sunscreens as most sunscreens, no matter how lightweight it is, still has a texture similar to moisturizers. In my country, I think most men don't have a dedicated skincare routine for this reason. They just can't stand the feeling of products on their faces lol. We live in a hot and very humid climate tho so it's not that bad if you don't use a moisturizer but it can be bad if you don't use sunscreen so I'm trying to find my brother (and also my dad) one that he would actually use.

Yeah, these skin care routines won’t help with acne, I find these videos misleading as they just make people spend money on things that won’t help. Acne which is deep set needs medication to clear it up, and importantly both during and after always very clean towels (literally every time you dry your face, you need a clean towel) and sheets (especially pillowcases) changed several times per week. Without the clean towels and pillows/sheets, the bacteria comes back and you get infected again.

Maybe you can buy some of these products as a st. Valentines gift. If he complains you could tell him "you'd be hotter if you used them" or something like that. Good luck 😊

Just cast your screen on the tv while he's there and like "opsi". The intro is way too spot on for him to not want to see more lol

You're a legend for breaking it down. I didn't have a good skincare because I thought it was too complicated and expensive.

I'm an adult male and I was delighted to see this as long time viewer of your channel! Most skincare education is targeted towards women (even tho it's all unisex) but it's just nice to hear these things from another man! Thanks dawg. 🤘

Hyram please make an updated video on sunscreen. The purito scandal has affected our trust in Korean lotion like sunscreen.

Thank you! As somone who had used skin routine 2 years ago and loved it, this helps! Got some scars on face and dont know, got dissapointed. So think its time to take care of my skin more and consistent. Aswell check doctor. Apriciate the info and recomendations. Best wishes.

Thank you Hyram! My skin has been getting worse because of stress and I love these videos bcs it explains the basics because sometimes skincare can be so confusing and I just choose the products which sound healthy and good without knowing if they're good, so thank you! And your mental health and social advocacy stuff is cool too! Its so refreshing
