Yes, but need to do the masking work manually. Best way to do is first select the subject and use 'subtract from selection' to make whatever part of the body to remain in the mask.

Can you explain the Masking slider in the Details section? I heard you are supposed to press and hold the screen (I use Lr Mobile on the iPad Pro) while dragging the Masking slider. Before I drag the slider my image looks like an overexposed black and white image but the more I drag the slider while pressing and holding the screen the lines of the image are more defined and the less overexposed the image is. When I release the screen it goes back to how the image looks. Can you explain this whole process and what it’s actually doing and when do I want to use it? I’m currently using it in my edits but I don’t understand what is actually happening lol.

Masking slider works in conjunction with the Amount (sharpening amount) slider. When you start the masking slider at zero (image is completely white), the sharpening amount values affect the whole image. The more you slide the masking slider to the right, the whites strays to more sharpened edges of the image and smoother parts of the image are left out. Sharpening effect is applied on only the white parts of the image when you tune the masking areas with the masking slider, so you have control on where the sharpening effect is applied. Summarizing the above, Black areas indicate regions that will not be sharpened, white areas indicate regions that will be sharpened. At 0, all areas of the image are sharpened equally. At 100, only the most defined edges are sharpened, leaving smooth areas untouched. I hope this clarifies things :)
