Could you please make a tutorial on how to use a microneedling dermapen on your scalp on treating hair loss? I recently bought one, but I have no idea on how to properly use it, e.g. frequency of usage, needle length etc. and a lot of times there is microbleeding after using it.. really would appreciate your help here and am sure others as well. Number one should be dutasteride.

I mean, "Dutasteride" and "Finasteride" are sister medicines. They basically achieve the same thing. Dutasteride is just the more potent variant. Like the 5% Minoxidil concentration compared to the 2% one. However, since Finasteride is much more common, it's logical to recommend it in favor of Dut.

I disagree with u my list is ! 1.Dutasteroid 2.Finasteroid 3.Oral Minoxidil 4.topical minoxidil 5topical finasteride. 6 derma roller because is one the great interm of helping tool!

From all my experience of used it in these years I will tell you minoxidil doesn’t cure of hair loss If you use it more your hair will depend on it more

Not really. But if you have genetic hair loss, having higher levels of testosterone can speed the hair loss up.

@@algarrido i tried dermaroller 1mm Needle size and I haven't used finasteride cause of its horrible side effects but I m thinking to use finasteride in topical form will it be worth trying or waste of time and money??
