vitamin d, magnesium glycinate, pumpkin seed oil, zinc and tumeric. That’s the second time I’ve seen pumpkin seed oil for hair. I’ve heard rosemary oil as well

Hey Karen I have cut my natural hair several times because I liked it short. I’m trying to grow it long now and I must say that my hair always grows back faster due to your tips on hydration and low porosity hair. Thank you so much please beep going! 😉🥰❤️

Hi Ms. Karen, I have seen good results with adding D3, K2, and magnesium glycinate. For alopecia, I have seen the best results using Advanced Trichology's EFA Complete within a matter of weeks. Thank you very much for bringing us invaluable information in every video.

Great video. Thank you for mentioning the difference between normal and optimal because most people's deficiencies get missed that way. For vitamin D, magnesium and K2 are so so important to take if youre supplementing. Magnesium activates vitamin D, and most people are also deficient in this very important mineral! I also like magnesium Malate during the day as it can help with energy. Glycinate can help with sleep, so id take that form at night. It can also cause anxiety in some, so something to keep in mind.

Hello, I'm at the beginning stage of alopecia in the front and middle of my head. What is a great recommendation for this. Gladly will accept any help.

Use to take vitamin D3. But then I discovered that K2 is also needed also or the D3 could let the calcium with no where to go just sit in your system. So D3 with k2 is the way to go.

Amen Karen! People assumed that when I had my hair braided that it was short, but I had a head full of hair, my family said I didn't need the micros but I wore them because I liked the convenience of not having to style every day, they r really a wash n go!😊

Cute wig. Looks like your hair. Appreciate the info. 🙏🏾💜💐😀 Question ❓ What are your views on toxic ingredients used in the formulations of products catered to tightly textured curly coily hair. (Mielle brand is a hot topic right now) Basique Opulence channel spoke on this on her channel.
