The vepr 7.62x39 is probably the cheapest and best all arounder when you are ranking up. No one ever takes it and you get it back in insurance. The mosin is also a great gun to get good with. You can level the playing field with no gear and a pocket full of lps gzh

i definitly like the adar, reason being you can get one for 13k with a recbatt trade from skier and put a buffer tube in it with a cheap 7k stock with a A2 pistol grip boom done budget gun

ADAR is an end-game gun, I still run them regularly. It's my favorite to use at the start of a wipe because of how accessible it is and it levels the AR skills.

Amazing guide! This combined with others has made my late wipe join to Tarkov so much better. I thought of quitting around my old level 5 account but restarted and used these classes and other vids to gather knowledge on armor and ammo ect. All in all you have made Tarkov one of the most addicting games I've ever played and easier to understand. Kind late too but I recommend the ADAR build to carry from 1-10 as finding decent magazine sizes for the ak seems to be pretty hard in my case. While for the adar just farm recc batts and you can buy all the magazines and m85 ammo you need!

I would like to correct you. For the Adar your can buy a different gas block from mechanic. so you can fit sights on it without the annoying front.

This video gave me some ideas for my lvl 8 that I never thought of. Course I now have to put them in practice but they seem sound to me. I haven't had much luck with PMCs and my ak74 rifles so I'm thinking I should get rid of them and invest more in 7.62 rifles instead. At least until I can get back into the market.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say I love the VPO-209. It uses 366-TKM ammo. You don't even need the softer Geksa round. The FMJ is enough early game. It absolutely shreds unarmored players. Because it's considered to be inferiour to the 7.62x29 variant, nobody wants it either, which is just a bonus to me.

Just sell all the stuff you find in raid to him - that also gives you lots of dollars which you need to buy stuff from him. AFAIK you can't buy dollars directly. But you could buy stuff elsewhere and sell it to him, but you'll lose money this way.

My low level strat: I play whatever I have decent ammo for. Also, shotguns are not that bad. one can down a lot of high level players using the trusted bugshot to da face strategy. Works perfect if the PCs don't use a faceshield (which many don't).

@@herewegorighthere8765 that's not bad since you run with PP-19, Kedr or other SMGs in the early stages of the wipe to level the recoil control skill, if you got higher level of recoil control, close quarters like dorms, resort in some places or Factory map don't cause any serious recoil problems with stock AK.

Dunno. Never had problems with it myself. Maybe some sort of screen settings making it hard to see? Kobra is my all purpose sight, cause it works perfectly for me in all circumstances, so I'm unsure how it would cause problems for you. Maybe it's the sights shade that makes it so good? Try buy a couple and see if that helps. They're only 104 rubles from Prapor after all.

For adar...at level 2 skier you can also buy the prism 2.5 scope and mount them directly on the carry handle. Cheap and deadly.

Almost never seen anyone have a carry handle mounted agog/prism in raid....but I think they look is great and it allow you to not have to worry about the front sight, saving the cost of a gas block. They are also quite nice and clean optic than allow to mount backup wight/ or RMR. Plus, the scope picture is actually a little larger as it bring the scope closer to your field of view, a nice little plus as well.
