I would say Laperle is also one of my favorite. It's close to everything: WEM, Walmart, Terra losa center, Canadian tire, Business Costco etc...

great video, i live near lewis estates, why is it expensive to buy houses down south and the value of the property grows faster in south edmonton? I really like it here in west but not sure if buying house here would fetch me good returns if i want to sell in say 5 years .

Informative clip! And just for reminding, maybe you need to adjust the audio mixing mode during the video encoding processing. The background music and monologue come out separately from different channels, and it's somehow uncomfortable for listening with earphones.😅
