Enlisted is an MMO squad-based shooter for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in World War II where you act as an infantry squad leader, tank crew, or an aircraft pilot. The weaponry, soldier’s uniform, appearance, and capabilities of the vehicles in the game are in line with historical facts.
Each squad consists of several soldiers who can be trained, equipped with new weapons and items, and then taken into a battle. You control one soldier directly while other soldiers will be controlled by AI which obeys your orders. You can switch between soldiers and stay at the most interesting point in a battle event after part of your squad has been defeated.
Dozens of units with different specializations participate in Enlisted battles simultaneously. This ensures maximum density and spectacularity of a battle while maintaining a high contribution with each participant for the victory of the team. Infantry, armored vehicles, and aircraft battle together and you can try several roles in just one game session.

Top worst update is the merge update itself that made some people like me who loved the old campaign system uninstalled right away. Even called it War Thunder Infantry Forces as it also came with the WT style BR system instead of just merging the progression just simplify to early war, late war.

I kinda liked the idea of heavy mg's being able to shoot through thin wooden walls like ofc make it so if there are sand bags it can't go through that, it'd make sense then sand is very fuckin dense but it's somewhat realistic for something chambered in .50 cal to blast right through a wooden wall or thin armor aside from that what would you like to see in enlisted weapon wise

4:35 "The Merge" was objectively good to the game though... of course there are some horrible players who still claim that it was a bad thing, but that is irrelevant.

In that case, your opinion is irrelevant for treating the players who love the campaign system like that as not all of them are sweatlords exploiting faction trends when it was also a thing post-merge. If the merge is the best thing in the world then how is it not unanimously accepted by the community to the point that it divided the community between pro-merge and anti-merge unlike other changes like how bronze and silver orders are earned or the changes involving getting the weapons and soldiers plus upgrading them without BS like academy and other RNG mechanics? We could've compromised with a more simplified campaign system with merged progression but Gaijin being Gaijin having the strings on Darkflow just decided to go for a War Thunder system turning this game into War Thunder Infantry Forces with BR system that no other WWII FPS use and such. They have chosen high treason against a part of their customers to the point of not investing and even not playing a Gaijin game ever again.

some maps of enlisted battlefields are littered like a junkyard with player controlled destroyed vehicles like the fury 2014 movie intro scene its creepy that what i ment by destroyed vehicles on enlisted battlefields

I really enjoyed this video, and you have great points, but I have a hard time understanding you at times because you try to speak too fast. Try speaking a little bit slower, and that will make it easier to understand your points.

Here's my opinions on the updates that you mentioned High Calibre - This was the update that caused me to stop paying for premium and later even stop playing all together. It was right off the back of the Pacific (One of the better updates) and while I will admit that back then I was very overly critical of the update, it's not in my opinion a top 5 worst Grenade Launcher change - Launchers already were free kill guns before the buff, people just sucked with them. I remember the endless spam of M8 Grenade Launchers in Normandy after this update dropped Steam Launch - I had already left the game at this point, so I don't really have an opinion on it. I've heard nothing but bad things about the launch on Steam. Merge - I'm mixed on the update. It ruined the campaigns, which was Enlisted's main selling point in my opinion, and while the merge was needed in the long term, the launch of the merge was terrible. Around the time the merge dropped, I planned a video around it, fixing it, but then I got too busy and stopped playing. Stalingrad - I was one of the biggest voices against Stalingrad when it came out. When the progression was announced, I made multiple videos about the progression. And when the update dropped, I boycotted the campaign (I only played 3 or 4 games in the Stalingrad campaign when it was out). Like the merge it was a terrible execution, which thankfully was changed for the Pacific (Also I remember when the update was coming out, I would always record videos and then those videos got outdated straight away as the devs kept adding announcements) For me the top 5 worst updates would have been 5- Merge 4 - The random "Major" Update released two weeks after the merge (I said it should have been merged with the merge update) 3 - Steam Launch 2 - Airborne (Little content and the content that was released was not only paid, but also the devs went back on Paratroopers being in the tech tree) 1 - Jungle Fire (No content despite being billed as a major update, and even the bug fixes that it added weren't big)

i still regret not leaving the game when the merge dropped, the single worst update ever. edit 8:10 it is much more clean because the main map takes place in the early autumn, so you wont see as much destruction.

Guerilla update broke the T-28 machineguns, they don't deal damage, i think only the top one does... As an infantry support tank now its borderline unusable, can't deal with infantry and tanks at the same time sadly

I know the merge update was the most controversial but look idc if you like it or hate it you need to look at it from a game health standpoint. Your player base is split up between several campaigns and at beat the fights are even being 5v5 or at worst 1v10 which leads to empty campaigns. On console those were for the axis Normandy and Stalingrad, allies were Berlin, Tunisia, and Moscow, while Japan was empty 90% of the time. This was going to continue to create huge player losses and not retain new players because they would be curbed stomped into oblivion. Complaining about historical accuracy loss to me at least is the weakest argument you can make. Nothing changed you just don’t get to choose your maps or feel like you are a god because you dominated a match with one player one the other team. So if you want a campaign like system implemented start advocating for more maps and new nations and have the brs reflect them. So if you want African maps or Italian maps you ask for Britain and Italy to be implemented and they can mainly get priority to those maps. Of course those will only pertain to brs 1-3 with 4-5 putting you in Normandy or the Pacific. With that too though you will also get a map filter so then you can filter out maps you don’t like. Historical accuracy should only matter with vehicles and weapons but not over game play or balance.
