The SNES Star Fox has the best radio chatter. Never mind the voice acting in the later games. The SNES animal noises are super cute. They're probably tied with Atari 2600 Zoo Keeper noises for my favorite video game animal sounds. Merry Christmas Kim.

Loved my Master System. Spent hours playing Transbot and Hang On, when I first had it, not knowing you couldn’t finish the former. Didn’t have many games for it, but the ones I did, I loved. Out Run, Psycho Fox, Wonder Boy III and Shinobi were what I played constantly. A great system.

When you were reviewing Batman for the NES, you said something about the 1989 movie being the best Batman film. I couldn’t agree more! Michael Keaton will ALWAYS be Batman to me. The movie is in my top 10 of all-time. Keep up the great work!

What I loved most about Space Megaforce/Super Aleste was the sheer amount of stuff it threw around the screen should have had the SNES on its knees, wheezing away like an old man - but there wasn't even a whiff of slowdown at any point. Compile did good.

Great Master system games I think James pond should be there that's a great game on the system

Basketball Nightmare is so cute. I like how the purple werewolves dribble even when they don't have the ball. Master System Ghostbusters was probably the best version of a game that was not bad. I didn't hate it when i played it. It's a bit flawed, but so were the other games i liked at the time, like Psycho Fox and Kenseiden. A little too punishing, but that's what i grew up with (in more ways than one) Vampire: Master of Vibes (that's what we call it in my house) is a good game, and i only wish i had known about it growing up. It looks good, it ppays good. The stores in my town sold very few Sega games, so i was kind of at the mercy of the shopkeepers idea of a good game.

It might be the third time in a couple of days that I write this, but YOU PUSH THE BUTTON AND KEEP IT PUSHED DOWN TO DEAL MASSIVE DAMAGE in Golvellius. Mashing the button to deal as many hits as possible might be tempting since that is how you do it in most games... but keeping the attack button pressed down when attacking makes Golvellius a completely different beast playing.
@MrLtia1234Ай бұрын
Yeah! Agreed about Castlevania! Might not technically have the best gameplay ever, but it's just magical.

What the c64 list emphasises for me is the reason I would never have given up my c64 for any other computer, and it's the sid chip. Other systems might have had better graphics, or games that just worked better on them for system architecture reasons, but sonically the spectrum and cpc (or my mates atari 800xl) just couldn't touch the c64.

Nes list is good but I’m guessing you haven’t had much experience with mighty final fight it’s easily the best beat em up game on the nes .. that game made me realize how a beat em up should really play which in turn let me see how not great the double dragon series was Sadly but it’s that good Also Zelda 2 is my favorite game ever people hate it but they just listen to what they heard same with castlevania 2 again a great game with some of the best music the platform has to offer also I would of had more mega man less double dragon also tecmo pro wrestling and cobra triangle would definitely be in my top 50

I have to keep remembering the sega gen is not the masters system. Otherwise you would be missing some really good games. For NES I think Guerrilla war should be higher as that is a damn good game. It certainly blow Ikari warriors out of the water.
@UltimateGamerCCАй бұрын
Master System: Justice for Ghostbusters! i agree that it's overhated when at worst it's simply a Mediocre game. i mean to be fair they didnt have all that much source material to work into a game, just Slimer, Gozer, Stay Puft, Keymaster/Gatekeeper and of course the Ghostbusters themselves. all represented pretty well, even down to how the Ghostbusters start with no money, having blown the last of their cash on Chinese Takeout. NES: far as Licensed Games get, i never considered Die Hard to be a bad one. i mean, i get that it's hard as all hell and a bit on the cryptic side. but if you've actually watched the Movie, then you already have a general idea of what you need to do. quite frankly, i appreciate the adherence to the source material, it's only missing some cheesy but awesome one-liners and it'd be perfect. C64 - Micro Computers are something i'm very much to this day a stranger to. no doubt i've heard of them, but havent really played them as of yet. the two i've heard most about is C64 and Apple II, are there any other must play Micro Computers that are a must play? SNES - Kirby Games are pretty fun, but they do lack challenge except when going for 100% completion. that being said, Kirby Super Star would be the best of the bunch, composing of multiple adventures and minigames.
