Do I need to get ITIL v3 certified to write v4 foundation??

There are no specific prerequisites for this training and subsequent ITIL®4 Foundation certification exam. However, if you want to take an ITIL 4 Foundation class, your v3 credits will count towards ITIL 4 certification. Hope that helps!
