It is impossible for the population of Bogotá to grow more than that of Lima, there are 3 million Venezuelans in Lima and unlike Colombia, Venezuelan immigrants in Peru ONLY go to Lima! It is a central immigration, they do not go to other cities in Peru, the population of Lima will be larger than that of Bogotá without a doubt.
