As a swede, I love this reaction video! =) Sweden are the biggest music producing country in the world (per capita). In total, US are number one with Sweden and UK close to each others for the second place. You have now reacted to "100 Pop Hits from Sweden (1974-2024) REACTION" You have also reacted to "Top 50 songs produced By Max Martin REACTION" Now you should react to "Top 50 Songs Written by Swedish Songwriters & Producers! (so far)" - You will find alot more hits with other producers then Max Martin (even though he will turn up in the list). Can't wait to see your reaction to it =)

"MAX MARTIN: Billboard Hot 100 Chart History (1995-2024)" is really fun to watch, it's just a chart, but it's really fun to see how hits he wrote are literally competing with each other, for almost 30 years! This one could also be fun to react to, it''s a lot of Max Martin, of course, but there are also some other Swedish songwriters: "Top 50 Songs Written by Swedish Songwriters & Producers! (so far)" So much of what most people perceive as typical "American pop" is actually from this little country in Northern Europe...

Swede here! Well you know that Spotify is swedish right? The biggest music streaming plattform in the world. Also that the 2nd best selling band of all time, namley ABBA, is also swedish. Only beaten by The Beatles. Sweden is the most commercially successfull country in the world per capita when it comes to music! Even blowing the US and UK out of the water. If you don't count per capita Sweden is still number three in the world with the US as number one and UK as number two. I think this is amazing considering our small population of just 10 milion people. You know, there is a reason for all this. Just don't ask me what that reason is.. ;) Also I would like to say that our swedish artist singing in swedish are amazing! This is something that you foreigners don't know about. I think we have such a good local music scene in Sweden with swedish artist pumping out swedish hits non - stop. I would argue the best local music scene in the world, in any country. I feel bleesed to have been born here and that my mother tounge is swedish so I can take part of all this amazing music that is created here. Norwegians, finns and danes also know about this because they can understand swedish pretty good. In their countries swedish music is played alot on radio. Also MAX Martin is not the only amazing producer in Sweden. We have many more, but he is the most successfull and most known of them.

Sweden is the worlds 2nd largest music export and Max Martins crew is a big part of that, from the Cheiron days to the Wolf cousins

And these are just top 50. He's made so much more. I'm fairly old ;) and used to buy CDs when I was in my teens/20s. Most of my CDs have at least 1 song (usually the one that was a single/radio song) was produced by Max Martin. The quality of the songs that were made by Max Martin contra the rest of the songs on the record, was staggering.

Max Martin, RedOne and Shellback (RedOne was born in Morocco but moved to sweden) together has produced and written a LOT of songs between them

Max Martin have 25 no1 billboard hits as a producer and 27 as a songwriter. That means that as a producer he is number 1 and as a songwriter he is number 2 of all time only behind Sir Paul McCartney (32).

This is top list is from some random person, Max Martin has written or co-written 27 Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles, one more than John Lennon, Paul McCartney is first with 32, but I'm sure Max will pass him too.
