Hey Pablo! Sonoma South is a community tucked away. There's not a ton of homes and has a neighboring section that also not very big (Sonoma West). It's super close to the Elementary and High Schools. In additional the location gives you to access to major highways (Toll 45, IH-35), major employers, and conveniences.

Is there any properties in the 1300-1400 a month price range, that is in a decent area? We went today and only found a duplex that was 1345 a month ( for rent, not so sure about planting roots there yet) it was in an ok area I guess but I don’t know that city at all so I’m not sure. We really need some help locating one soon ( we have to put our notice in by Feb 1st) Thank you in advance for any information you provide!

Naww sis I don't know who told you that but that is not true Lol don't get me wrong I really like HEB every time I've been there HEB is very nice BUT it cannot compare to WEGMANS which is demanded All Over The World. I live in Rochester NY the Home of Wegmans, do you know that in just a few short years Wegmans has SPREAD up and down the eastern seaboard ? And is being asked to come over seas. Wegmans is in Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia ect...Wegmans power is in CUSTOMER SERVICE and that is what makes WEGMANS what it is. Yes they have their own Chefs that travel the world and bring awesome stuff back to prepare and cook and make recipes for the customers and yes they have their own Restaurant and Bar And Grill, and yes you can come in early in the morning and relax and order your breakfast just how you like it, yes we have mobile carts for the handicapped with audio for the hearing impaired yes we have all that stuff and much more but it's REALLY all about Customer Service.
