If you don't want to pay for a Disney hotel, stay at the Hilton at Disney Springs. It is the only non-Disney hotel with magic hours. Plus you can walk across the street to Disney Springs. The Jr Suites are around 200. That's a third of Disney's price.

We loaded up on groceries. I had a PBJ every morning for breakfast. One jar of each, and a loaf of bread for five breakfasts vs. Disney breakfast each day. That saved us a lot. We brought a huge bag of sodas, and got a locker one day. We were able to save at every meal. and could drink whenever we wanted. The $10 for the locker was saved after two people each drank a soda.

Eat a very very big breakfast before theme park entrance that is for sure. I also think some theme parks are more rain friendly than others. Buy an annual pass a year in advance and it doesn't become active until you use if for the first time. I'm a solo park visitor and spent one day visiting Hollywood Studios for a couple hours then walk the path to Epcot stopping off at the Boardwalk resort. On the way back to the car at HS I went around the other side of crescent lake to visit the Yacht and Beach clubs. With my annual pass it didn't cost anything extra to visit two parks and park a personal car at one park. My only expense the whole day while carrying granola bars in my backpack was about $8 for a milkshake at Beaches and Cream.

We stayed off side and happily pay the fee to rent a parking spot on the place I want to be. I don't want to drive busses for hours but most hotels provide shuttles if you don't mind busses. The parking fee is for the whole day and valid on all parking lots. Start with a good breakfast at Denny's, Ihop. A savory snack, like a pizza slice or sandwich can do for lunch. And you can dine at Disney in Quick service. Nothing wrong with a burger and fries. Offside you can also go shopping, see other parks, go to a state park, go for a good steak and that kind of good stuff with your rental. There is more then the mouse and I don't want to go to amusement parks back to back for a week.

@GhostHostMemories6 жыл бұрын
One big thing is to take advantage of stacking discounts from your credit card. 5% back on gas station or grocery store or wholesale clubs (costo/sams club). Some of those offer a fuel station discount on top of that. And sometimes they offer a double fuel perk reward. So what you would do is buy Disney gift cards from the place, using your credit card. you get 5% back, and up to what, $0.20 off per gallon for every $50 spent. So, if gas is $2.60 a gallon, buy $650 in gift cards. you'll get an$32.5 back. Then with the $2.60 in gas perks, fill up your car (and take some gas cans too, because usually it's up to 30 gallons you can use fuel on). Take the $78 you would hsve spent on fuel, and put it into a savings account (or shoe box or w/e). and now, you have only spent $650 but you actually have $760.5 of "materials". That's a return of 17%. now, few things to note. A) PAY OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD. if you are charged 21% interest, saving 17% is still a net loss. B) usually the 5% is capped at $1500 per 3 months. So maybe you have a card in your name, and your partner has their own card, now you can go up to $3000.
