No 1 Plus chicken is Korean fried chicken, not the same thing. Do agree Bubba Cooks and Babes are overrated for the chicken itself. Babes’ sides are phenomenal though.

Ok let's state the obvious, Gus is the only one on the list that has the recipe from the actual seasoned folks. The rest on the list is basically for the mayonnaise folks. Rudy's (Oak Cliff) and No. 1 Plus Chicken (Royal Ln Fallas) should be on the list.
