Fred Hammond should be on this list. He is a phenomenal singer, but he is also an awesome bass player and big influence to a lot of players. check out Pages of Life I & II. it may not be him on a lot of the songs, but he wrote it. Props to Justin Raines, the man is amazing.

Andrew Gouche had a spot in LA /Gardena where they would just bring it. If Fred was in town or John P Kee or Men of Standard do their thing. Eric Dawkins, Keith Crouch Erica Campbell and a bunch of fine musicians and singers would be many of whom I didn't know. There was one guy George I don't remember his last name and I believe that he was in two professional bands he played amazing guitar solos. I don't remember that last name it was awesome.
