This all sounds good, but the problem we have is finding foods that are not full of poisons. It’s in the air, the water, and the foods.

RDA for vitamin c is way too low. 2000mg is a minimum dose. There is no upper limit for vit c - apart from 'bowel tolerance'

vitamin e is very complicated - the cheapest form (alpha tocopherol) is the worst kind and not beneficial.
