When some people have more money than Brains! Literally speaking, upto 100 million dollars it's fine, 150 is still enough, but you don't need much of these stuffs in an aircraft like a GYM, swimming pool, garrage, stable, gold plated interior, King's chair etc. You are buying an aircraft, not a mansion to spend your entire life in it. It's only a couple of hours in it and that's it! Moral:- Money cannot buy Logic.

How easy do you think it would be for a tornado, hurricane or even extreme winds to absolutely disintegrate an airplane hanger? How much wind resistance is there against 25' tall, straight up sheet metal walls? Also, how far would an airplane fly if it's hanger were destroyed? lol.
