Nice, I'm currently using that deck (with a few minor changes of course), but I would like to know how to combo it. I read that I'm suppose to get folgo and Rafael on the board to negate and draw, but what about the runick part. That is what i don't understand

You use the runicks as bodies to get to folgo and tribute fodder for the spell, and then theyre just used as ways to interrupt the opponent after that

I don't know if it was just me they noticed that his main deck only added up to 38 cards

Don't think you counted that right. 17 Fur Hire, 18 Runick, 5 Hand traps. I think he didn't include fountain when he said 16 runick cards so that might be where you miscounted
