I mean, while staying idle infront of my laptop, can I focus on my other books / notes? or, after 8 hours work and 5-6 hours sleep, can I spend at least 5-6 hours for personal studies? please reply madam.

It’s tough depends upon your approach if you can do multitasking then u can study during work time too if you want to do complete focus on studies only then it can impact your health and eyes
