Hi Stephen, Do you stick with a USP or keep testing new Benefits in the advertising industry so we shouldn't stick to one benefit for years? or you do both to be middle ground between brand and performance I don't get it

You can always test. To be clear - there’s product and brand You can have multiple products and multiple benefits, but only one brand and one position The brand is the overarching entity that rarely changes Your position defines the meaning in the market which often supersedes a single benefit So yes, test new benefits and products, but ensure your position aligns with them all
