Dear great salam how are you Frist of all congratulation ramadan after that I am a doctor I stuffing m v p the diseases is congenital but now I feel difficulty in breathing when I go on hight my weight is 88 kg and I am 47 years old want to start prevention be fore heart attack other tell me a proper exercise my cholesterol levels is normal but only feeling trouble when I walk frist in start . still I don't us any drugs for this disease.

Hlw sir... I'm faced alot of problems... In every day morning... I'm feeling a heavy heart.... I have consult 3 doctors one cardiologist and 2 psychiatric doctors... All these 3 doctors says me it's a depression... I have take enough depression medicines but no result comes out..since from 2016 ... Plss suggest me vt i can do.... I think itz not a depression...
