There are two ways to learn data science... 1. Applied Data science... Where you dont really need much of maths... Basics will do... 2. Research Data science... Where you need to know nitty gritty of algorithms... So for that your maths should be strong... Also, if you want to work specifically in ML and DL part of data science... Then maybe you need little bit more of maths... But if you want to work with data and get the insights from it... You will fine with basics of stats and maths...

So, its better you mail the admission team they will be able to guide you in to right direction... But if i have to guess, you may get 2000 - 3000 pounds...

Course content of both the universities are fine... Brunel is very closed to london so, finding opportunity would be easy. But in terms of reputation... East anglia is regarded bit higher and is popular among international student as compared to brunel... If i had to pick one... I would have gone for east anglia... But thats just my preference... Please make your decision based on your preferences like scholarships you are getting, how the conduct exams/assessments, which place you would like to stay, rent etc...

And additional 1000 to 6000 depending on the university for placement year... But is also possible that university is showing 14k including placement year fees... So, read the details on the course page... You will be able to find all the details... And if you are still confused... Mail the admission team asking for the details of the course you are interested in...

You have good amount of exp... And exp is always good... So, i dont see any reason for not giving you an admit. But you will have to show your genuine interest in data science through your SOP.

Yes, bcoz russell group unis are relatively expensive... These unis are good in terms of course content and teaching... About work opportunity as research assistant or teaching assistant... If there are opening you may able to apply... But these kind of opportunities are very less and even if there are any... Usually PhD students get those...

Course content wise both are almost similar... UWE is in bristol so yes, you will have more part time as well as full time opportunities... Bournemouth is also not very far... From bristol or london... But certainly it will take some time to go to some major city... And UWE is known university as compared to bournemouth uni... And also the older one... But it will probably be cheap to live in bournemouth as compared to bristol... So, depending on these factors you can make your final decision... All the best mate...
