Fact is Mysuru & Mangaluru don't get Investment from Karnataka govt. Mysuru was developed by the Diwans even if get funds that use only for rural development and road infrastructure where as Mangaluru is developed by it's own people of Mangaluru investment themselves on this city with having population of < 10 L i e 7.5 L approximately. If Mangaluru and Mysuru get the Investment from govt for ongoing projects trust me these two cities will be stand as best emerging cities and moreover both cities will become back up cities for Bengaluru

But coimbatore has only one railway station under top 50 revenue generated stations. Whereas Kochi has 3 (Ernakulam junction, Ernakulam town and Aluva is part of Kochi) stations. Coimbatore = 283.3 crores as you stated Kochi = 193.3+91.9+73.8 = 359 crores
