I want Mark as my best friend! I would call him Jolly as people call me Holly, and we would have a Holly Jolly Holiday every day 😂

Mark, I love all four of you. My 13 year old thinks you're great, he's reading Scott's book but you're still his favourite!😊😂

Near the end you can hear someone say he wanted to add, well, I'm adding on something too. I have had talk therapy & for me I find it's easier to feel, think, assume and release. It helped me explore "my" reasons I've felt & expand what I was reacting to and seems pretty near what Mark (the panel) do, explore the thinking aspect. Of course therapy can be hard though now I do mindfulness sessions - and feel that I can turn it towards myself; the "I hate or like" has been pretty consistent through my life & using more of the cognitive path. ~ peace to all ~

It would be great for the Behaviour panel to observe the post office in plain English --- the hidden police officer: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hqKQdniaf9qYias
