It’s expensive everywhere these days. Las Vegas is more affordable then AZ and better and cooler then AZ(Scottsdale)

@@pharmdzznutzz Agreed, esp. if you purchased in CA in the 1990's. You have a large capital gain tax to pay if you sell. Your property taxes are low. So almost not worth it to move at current prices.
